Program Terms & Conditions

Program: If a Customer registers ten (10) or more New Codes during the Program Term, Customer shall receive an account credit in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of all new codes registered.

Conditions:

1. Program end date is March 31, 2010
2. No limit to the number of code applications/orders as long as a minimum of 10 codes are ordered before March 31, 2010
3. 10% discount applies to all codes up to and exceeding 10, during the program timeframe.
4. Customer is eligible for account credit based on final application approval and paid application; therefore an application must be approved and paid prior to 11:59pm EDT on March 31, 2010 to be eligible for the credit
5. This Program does not apply to CSC renewal orders
6. Customer's account shall be credited by no later than thirty (30) days following the end of the Program Term.

Q: When does the Program end?
A: Program runs through March 31, 2010.

Q: How do I qualify for the Program?
A: You must purchase 10 or more "New" codes on during the term the Program is operational. After the program term CSCA will examine those accounts that have purchased 10 or more to determine who qualifies.

Q: Can I purchase 10 "New" codes on more than one application?
A: Yes. In order to qualify for this Program you must lease 10 or more "New" codes before the program end on March 31, 2010. You do not have to purchase your 10 codes on one order.

Q: How is payout made?
A: At the end the Program term CSCA will identify applicants that have 10 or more codes and apply a 10% account credit on the 10 or more new codes leased. The credit can be used for any future code leases or renewals.

Q: Do my code "Renewals" count for the Program?
A: No. This Program only applies to "New" code leases.

Q: Can I use credits from previous programs to qualify for discount on new codes?
A: No. Codes qualifying for the program discount cannot be purchased using credits previously issued from this program.
