Payment Information

How can I pay for a CSC?
There are three types of acceptable payments: by wire, by check and by credit card. Fees paid for a CSC are non-refundable.

Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, you will receive an electronic invoice for your CSC order. You can also view and print your invoices from your Account Dashboard.

How should I remit payment?
Payments can be sent in one of four ways: via wire transfer, credit card, check via the US Postal Service, or check expressed overnight (e.g. Fed Ex). You can make credit card payments directly from your Account Dashboard.

What is Auto-Renew and how does it work?
The Auto-Renew option provides our CSCA members the convenience and flexibility of extending the lease of their CSCs beyond the term expiration date of the code via an automatic credit card payment. For more information on CSC Auto-Renew click here, FAQ.

Where do I send mail payments?
PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR INVOICE NUMBER AND SHORT CODE WHEN PAYING BY CHECK OR WIRE TRANSFER TO AVOID ANY PROCESSING DELAYS.

Where can I send overnight express payments?

How do I pay via credit card?
Credit payment can be made securely online in your Account Dashboard after the order has been accepted. If you have questions regarding this process please call 1-866-623-2272 or send an email to billing@usshortcodes.com

The auto-renew option provides our CSCA members the convenience and flexibility of extending lease of their CSCs beyond the term expiration date via an automatic credit card payment.

5 days prior to each code’s expiration date CSCA will automatically charge your credit card on file.

Please note that to activate this service you must select the auto-renew option on your "Account Dashboard" or select “Auto Renew” when applying for a New or Renewing a code. To discontinue the Auto-Renew program you must select the "Opt-Out" option on your "Account Dashboard".

Upon "Opting-In" to the Auto-Renew service the CSCA member agrees to have their lease automatically extend every time the lease reaches its expiration date.
