At any time during the lease of your CSC, you may renew it. If you have not renewed it at least 30 days prior to expiration, you will be alerted by email. If a CSC is not renewed before the expiration date, it expires and is placed in a 30 day grace period where the registrant may renew the CSC. If the registrant renews the CSC during the grace period, the term will be retroactive to the expiration date.

You can also take advantage of our new CSC Auto-Renew service. CSC Auto-Renew allows our members the freedom and convenience of managing their codes without having to worry about code renewals. It’s free and it makes managing your codes easier. When you apply for your code or while renewing a code or from your “Work Item List” page, use your credit card and Opt-In to have your code(s) automatically renew at the term expiration date.
