The Data (including all derived Data) is used to determine the demographics of our users, and to distribute statistics and general marketplace information about the Short Code Registry. Certain information regarding users is also recorded by internet servers that host the Website. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that the Data may be publicly disclosed or made available through the Website, and that we may disclose user statistics to prospective partners, advertisers, other third parties, and may otherwise use and provide such Data (including derived data) to third parties for any lawful purposes.
