Renew Selected Short Codes

You can bulk renew short codes eligible for renewal in your account from this tab.

Note: A maximum of 20 codes can be renewed at a time. Parked short codes cannot be renewed in bulk and must be renewed manually. Note that Parked short codes can only be leased for a maximum of 6 months, total. In other words, they can be leased for 2 3-month leases or 1 6-month lease. To renew a short code that has been Parked for 6 months, you need to update the intended usage to either Demo or Active. If you update it to Active, you will need to associate a successfully vetted Brand Client with the short code lease. 

1. From the left-side navigation menu, click My Short Codes.
2. Click the Needs Action tab.
   
3. Select the codes you wish to renew by clicking the checkbox below the Select column. 
4. Click the Renew Selected Short Codes button. You are redirected to the Cart tab of the Bulk Renew Checkout page. 
   Note: The Renew Selected Short Codes button is activated when more than one code is selected. You can know the number of codes you have selected from the Select(#) column header.
   
5. Select the 3-Month, 6-Month, or 12-Month options from the Term column to change the term.
6. If you wish to remove a code from the cart, click the  icon at the end of the row.
7. If you don't want to include a code for renewal but want it in the cart for later, de-select it by clicking the checkbox below the Include column.
8. In the Promotions field, enter any promotions and click Redeem if applicable.
9. Click Next to be redirected to the Payment tab.
   Note: The Application tab is not displayed in the bulk renew checkout process. The information normally available in the application tab is retained from current to renewed leases. If you need to edit this information, click the Edit Application Details link.
10. Select the credit card or ACH from the Payment Information section.
    
    Note: 
    - If your account has available credit, and you wish to use this credit to pay, select the Apply Credit on Account checkbox. This check box only appears when your account has available credit.
    - If you select Pay Now for the renewal, all the short codes on this page will be part of the same order
    - If you choose Pay Later for the renewal,  each short code on this page will be billed as a separate order. 
    
11. Read and select the Auto-Renew Agreement.
    Note: All the short codes in the bulk renewal can either be opted in or out of auto-renewal. You may change individual short code preferences from the My Short Codes page.
12. Read and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
13. Click Complete Renew to renew the selected codes. A Thank You page is displayed.
    
14. To download the bulk renew receipt, click Download Receipt.
